Zalvoro T-shirts are made to order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: Contact zalvoroofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. An unboxing video may also help us assess the issue.

What happens next? We will review your report and guide you through the applicable replacement or refund process.

Size exchanges and change-of-mind requests: Please check the size chart, colour and product details carefully before ordering. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or size exchanges as a standard service for made-to-order products.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or legal remedies applicable under Indian law.
