By shopping with Zalvoro, you agree to provide accurate order, contact and delivery information and to use our store lawfully. Product availability, pricing, designs and store features may change when necessary, while confirmed orders are handled according to the policies published on our website. We aim to keep every transaction clear, fair and transparent.
1. Products and Availability
Zalvoro offers made-to-order clothing and related products. Product colours, print appearance and sizing may vary slightly from how they appear on different screens or devices.
We may update, discontinue or modify products, colours, sizes or designs where necessary.
2. Orders
An order is considered placed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable products, invalid delivery information or other operational issues.
If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.
3. Pricing and Payments
Prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Available payment methods may include online payment options through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay and Cash on Delivery where available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
4. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations.
COD orders may be verified before production or fulfilment. Zalvoro may cancel an order if we are unable to verify the order or reasonably believe the information provided is incorrect or fraudulent.
5. Made-to-Order Products
Most Zalvoro products are produced after an order is placed.
Because products are made to order, returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection are generally not accepted.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping charges and available delivery methods are shown during checkout.
Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to production time, location, courier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items must be reported within the period stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Claims may require order details and clear photos or other reasonable evidence.
Where a claim is verified, we may arrange an appropriate replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, an appropriate refund.
8. Accuracy of Customer Information
You are responsible for providing accurate:

- Shipping address
- Product, colour and size selections
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
9. Intellectual Property
The Zalvoro name, branding, artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs and website content are owned by or licensed to Zalvoro unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, reproduced, sold or commercially used without permission.

You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or use our services for unlawful purposes.
11. Third-Party Services
Our store may rely on third-party providers including Shopify, Razorpay, Qikink and courier or logistics providers.
Certain parts of your transaction may therefore also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

We aim to provide accurate product information and reliable service. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or that circumstances outside our reasonable control will never affect fulfilment or delivery.
